What is the average lifespan of ESENFAN LED lights?
We use top-tier LED chips and drivers. Standard products have an average lifespan of ≥30,000 hours (over 10 years at 8 hours/day). Our high-end series can reach 50,000+ hours. Detailed lifespan data is available in each product’s specification sheet.

What is the color temperature range, and how do I choose?
We offer flexible color temperatures:
2700K-3000K: Warm white – ideal for homes, hotels, restaurants

Custom color temperatures are available for OEM/ODM projects.
What is the CRI (Color Rendering Index) of your lights?
Our standard products have Ra ≥ 80, while our high-end series achieve Ra ≥ 90-95, providing excellent color vividness and accuracy. We recommend high-CRI lights for retail displays, art studios, and residential areas.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per model. For mixed SKU container orders, MOQ can be negotiated. Custom/OEM projects have different MOQ requirements – please contact our sales team.
What are your payment terms?
We accept:
T/T (Bank Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
L/C at Sight: Acceptable for established clients
PayPal/Credit Card: Available for sample/small orders
Terms are negotiable for long-term partnerships.
What shipping methods do you offer?

What if products are damaged during shipping?
We ensure secure packaging. In case of shipping damage:
Please take photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately.
We will coordinate with the logistics provider and arrange replacement/compensation.
